Community Q&A

My remote turns off the TV, but not the box. What should I do? Community Answer

Check the remote control for a button or switch that will let you change the remote setting to "cable." When set to cable, it should turn off the box but not the TV. You may have to set up the remote to control your specific cable box, which would be covered in the directions.
